Welcome to my Physics Software webpage.

Programs, that I created for my scientific work are described here.

Right now there are three main pieces of stand-alone code that I am using. I have also written some parts of the STAR Collaboration Analysis Software, more specifically, the STAR HBT Maker. Please read more about it at the STAR Computing webapge.

The standalone programs are:
  • CorrFit - a program which fits arbitrary two-particle correlation functions obtained in relativistic ion collisions with the full information about the two-particle interaction potential.
  • integratey2.C ROOT macro which generates particles accoring to the blast-wave formula of Lisa and Retiere.
  • BWIntegrate program, which calculates the theoretical correlation functions based on the space-momentum freeze-out data generated by heavy-ion collision models, e.g. by the integratey2.C ROOT macro.

DISCLAIMER
The programs presented here can be freely re-distributed and used for scientific analysis. However, if You plan to publish any results obtained with them, please inform me.
The copyright to the programs is held by me (Adam Kisiel), with the exception of specific parts of code which are clearly marked, most notably the Fortran code to calculate two-particle interaction weights by Richard Lednicky and the equivalent weight calculator written in C++ by Scott Pratt.
